Diego López is appointed as Co-head of Architecture and Technology at the Norman Foster Foundation

Diego López, former ‘GS Energy Research Fellow’ within the Architecture and Technology Unit at the Norman Foster Foundation (NFF), is now appointed as Co-head of Architecture and Technology.
López is an architect and holds a Master’s in Architectural Heritage Restoration, in Hospitals Infrastructure and in Adaptive Architecture and Computation. He has a profound interest and vast experience in Energy and Sustainability and holds the LEED AP BD+C accreditation. He joined Foster + Partners as an Associate Partner where he was involved in a diverse range of projects and competitions over many years. From 2018 López coordinates numerous projects at the NFF, including the evolution of mobility, innovative educational structures, clean energy solutions, the formulation of a masterplan for Ukraine’s post-war recovery, or research initiatives aimed at addressing the global housing challenge.
